TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets purchased online or at the door are considered valid and are guaranteed seating. Links for online ticket sales can be found on the page for each show. Be ready to present an I.D. and either a printed or digital copy of your online receipt (an email should have been sent to the email address you provided at checkout).
Accepted methods of payment for tickets purchased at the door:
It is recommended that you arrive early to get your tickets and find seats. There is no late seating after a show (or each act) has started. Our "Will Call" table for pre-purchased tickets and our "Purchase Tickets" table are both open for business one hour before curtain. Doors open thirty minutes prior to each performance for audience members to find their seats.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. If purchasing online, please make sure you are purchasing for the correct night and performance. Booster Club members may have complimentary tickets. See the Booster page for more information.

PARKING & MORE
For shows in the Mainstage Auditorium, park in the South parking lot (spaces numbered in the 6000's). Look for the large sign on the South side of the building that says "Auditorium." These doors will be open approximately one hour before the show. Restrooms are next to the entrance to the Auditorium Lobby. A wheelchair ramps is accessible for the back section and a side door is available for the front section (a Grand Oaks High School staff member can provide assistance).
For shows in the Black Box Theatre, there is limited parking in the West parking lot (spaces numbered in the 7000's). The double doors at the end of the Fine Arts hallway can be seen from this lot and are next to the Black Box performance venue. These doors will be open approximately one hour before the show. Additional parking is available in the South parking lot (the 6000's spaces). The auditorium lobby doors will be unlocked for you to reach the Black Box Theatre. Restrooms are down the hall and next to the entrance to the Auditorium Lobby.

Smoking, alcohol, weapons, and firearms are prohibited on school campuses.
All electronic devices must be switched off before the performance begins. Photography and Video Recording is strictly prohibited against copyright law during the performance. Offenders may be removed without refund.
